All deliveries in the UK are within 1-3 days, subject to Royal Mail delivery times. All Overseas Delivery time vary - please see above for guide on delivery times, but please remember that this is an estimate only. Items may take less or more time depending on your country's carrier.
Accessories: Sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. Price for Overseas shipping in listing is based on dimensions and weight of package.
Postal Terms & Conditions
* We only send overseas stated on the listing and option for overseas is shown in the eBay postal option.
* Postage and Packaging costs are non-negotiable and non-refundable, unless we are refunding in FULL for an item that is lost in post or that is faulty or damaged.
* In the unlikely event that a problem arises, please do not hesitate to contact us through the eBay system or directly on 0845 269 4263 on weekdays between 9:30am and 5pm. We usually take care of any problems within 12 hours of contact (except weekends when we are closed).
* If an item is lost in the post with Royal Mail we will not be in any position to take any action before 15 working days (3 weeks) have elapsed from the expected date of dispatch. This condition is set by Royal Mail and not us. Should your item not arrive on the closing day of that period, we will refund the in FULL for the lost item or arrange a replacement (if you choose so). If an item is lost you must fill out a lost item form (provided by us) and send it back to us signed and completed, so that we can process your refund. |
