Q: What is your returns policy?
A: We are happy to accept returns on brand new items provided they are returned within 7 working days of receipt and remain in the original condition, still sealed/ with tags or other where appropriate. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs on unwanted items.
Q: Do you have products available that aren't available in your eBay Shop?
A: Occasionally. Generally all of our items are listed but we will happily entertain enquirys about items you may be interested in that we do not currently have listed or have previously had listed. We have a number of suppliers around the world and have access to a broad range of great videogames merchandise. Some items will be of limited availability and some will eventually be restocked. If you would like to check if we will be restocking a particular item or even if we are able to get an item you haven't yet seen in our shop; provided it is in our area of expertise (games licensed collectables), we would be more than happy to try and source it for you.
Q: How often do you restock sold out items?
A: This obviously depends on our suppliers. Alot of the games merchandise we offer is often only available for a short length of time before they are discontinued by the manufacturers. We generally recommend you snap up items you are interested in as soon as possible; particularly where imported items are concerned, as we cannot guarantee they will always come back in for a long time, if at all!
Q: So imported items have limited availability?
A: Very much so. It varies by manufacturer. This obviously adds to the collectable nature of the items. We will usually add a warning in the item's description if no restocks are expected or there is limited availability.
Q: Do you combine shipping on multiple item orders?
A: Yes we are more than happy to combine shipping fees on multiple item orders. Please contact us with any questions you may have about combined postage.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Absolutely, we are more than happy to ship worldwide. If you do not see a shipping cost to your country for an item you are interested in buying, please don't hesitate to contact us and we will find out for you. Please do not bid on or buy our items if you are unsure of how much the postage will be.
Q: Where do your goods ship from?
A: All our items ship from the United Kingdom. We do not use drop-shippers as we believe this is more convenient for our customers. We only deal with merchandise that is in hand and ready to ship as soon as a purchase is made.
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: We always aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days of receiving completed payment. The time it takes for the item to reach the customer largely depends on the shipping method used. Generally we use Royal Mail/ Parcelforce to ship our items to our customers. Information on delivery times for all their services is available on the Royal Mail website if it isn't already mentioned in our listing. Alternatively we are more than happy to answer any questions you might have about shipping costs/ services. We also always retain proof of postage for all items posted.
Q: I have received my order, what next?
A: Once you have recieved your order and are satisfied with it then we would appreciate it if you left positive feedback for us. We return positive feedback for all our buyers as soon as it has been recieved. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason then please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the matter.
