Paypal is accepted for all purchases. Just click on the link after clicking
on the Buy It Now button. We do not charge you for this service.
N.B. For all courier, next working day, deliveries the cut off time is 1.00
pm (Mon-Fri) but may be earlier, without notice, in very busy periods.
For all goods sent by Royal Mail the cut off time is 2pm (Mon-Fri) but may be
earlier, without notice, in very busy periods.
For those of you who prefer, we also have a telephone Credit/Debit Card
Hotline that is available, for your convenience, to enable you to pay by
credit/debit card over the phone.

Please be patient as although we have a number of telephone lines certain

We dispatch all items either by courier or via Royal Mail using their various
services. Each item clearly states which postal service is used and this is the
only option available.
DELIVERY - DHL COURIER DELIVERY
Goods are dispatched daily (Monday - Friday) via courier, on a next working
day (Monday - Friday) delivery service to the vast majority of the United
Kingdom mainland.
KA27, KA28, PA20 - PA88, PH10 - PH44, PH49, PH50 & ALL HS, IV, KW & ZE
postcodes, along with Northern Ireland have a 2 - 3 working day courier delivery
service.
A telephone number (preferably a mobile) is required with all orders and your
order will be put on hold if a contact number is not provided. This is to assist
the courier to deliver your order at a suitable time.
All deliveries require a signature.
The delivery time frame quoted is provided by the courier. Sometimes due to
operational procedures there may be a delay in delivery. We cannot be held
responsible for any loss or inconvenience incurred as a result of this delay and
are unable to offer any refund on postage paid.
If your goods do not arrive when you expect them please contact DHL Customer
Services on 0870 1 100 300. Please go through to the track and trace dept and
you will need the JD parcel number.

DELIVERY - ROYAL MAIL
Shipping to United Kingdom, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly
and Northern Ireland.
All items are sent as second class unless stated otherwise.
At our discretion we may dispatch some orders via the Royal Mail tracked
service. This is a new service provided by Royal Mail that enables the parcel to
be tracked throughout the delivery process.
Items ordered before 3pm Mon-Fri are usually dispatched that working day.
Please note during busy periods we may not dispatch until the following working
day.
Second class post should be delivered within 5 - 7 working days following the
date of dispatch. However Royal Mail specifically state you should allow up to
21 days from the date of dispatch for delivery of the order. This is because
until this time has expired Royal Mail consider the item to be delayed and not
lost.
It is only after the 21 days have passed that we would be able to initiate a
claim with Royal Mail for the loss and send a replacement item. There will be no
exceptions whatsoever.
You would need to inform us of non-receipt via email to allow us to resolve
the matter with you.
