Q: Can I track my order?
A: We send a confirmation email via EBAY’s message system, when your order is sent out. You can contact us after you have received this confirmation, and we will send tracking information.
Q: I need to contact customer services, when will I receive a reply?
A: Our customer services aim to reply to all queries through the EBAY message system as soon as possible and the latest by the end of the day after the message was posted, or you can send us an email at email@example.com.
Q: Do you combine postage?
A: We offer a saving on SHIPPING AND HANDLING when more than one item is bought and is sent at the same time to the same address. Don't make a payment for any item until you have finished bidding, Ebay will combine invoice. Please contact us for discounted price.
Q: Can I collect or arrange my own collection?
A: We are a mail order company and do not have a retail premises; our distribution centre does not have the facilities for collections or third party pick-ups. If you need to clarify this, please call our office or email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Q: Can I pay by Credit Card?
A: We accept PayPal, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Cheques and Postal Orders. If you want to pay by Credit or Debit Cards, this method of payment is only accepted over the telephone. Please call our office any weekday at (0333)200-2333 and we will process your transaction.
Q: Do you ship to BFPO addresses or Internationally?
A: We do not ship to BFPO addresses and only to the countries detailed within the shipping information of our auction. Please do not bid on an item unless contacting us about shipping out of mainland UK.
Q: Can I purchase this item immediately on Buy It Now?
A: The majority of our items are listed as auctions and a Buy It Now, please use the link to our Ebay Shop from the item listing. If the item is not shown as being on Buy It Now, then this will mean that the item is for auction only, or you can contact us through EBAY’s message system or email@example.com.
