Delivery Costs can vary depending on the Product - Please check Delivery Terms on Each Item .
We aim to deliver all orders as soon as possible. Orders received before 15.00 Monday to Friday will generally be dispatched from our premises the same day. Orders received after 15.00 for items that we hold in stock will generally be dispatched the next working day (excluding Saturdays and Sundays).
Please note, Our shipping costs include all our costs associated with shipping your order. this includes Labour, Packaging Costs, Admin and Utilities. We aim to offer you the best service we can at the most competitive price.
Should an item be out of stock, we will obtain it as soon as possible. We will inform you via e mail if an item is out of stock and give you the opportunity to cancel your order, or wait for a replacement, resulting in a full refund.
Orders are generally shipped by Royal Mail 2nd Class and can take 2-5 working days to deliver up to a maximum of 15 working days to be delivered. This is Royal Mail's policy and we must abide by this. If you have not received your order we can not issue a refund or a replacement until this time period has passed. If this is the case for you, please contact us after 15 working days have passed since your order has been despatched.

We use Royal Mail Airmail for most International Orders unless otherwise stated. Delivery times will vary by country and can be average delivery times per country can be checked on www.royalmail.com. Please note that airmail orders cannot be classed as lost until 20 working days after being despatched. We can not issue a refund or replacement until this time has passed. If this is the case for you, please contact us after the 20 working days have passed since your order has been despatched.
