Why shop from Grand Prix Legends

One of the biggest fears of any customer purchasing an item online is simply 'Are these guys genuine?' We know of customers who have had bad experiences elsewhere with sites who were, shall we say 'less than trustworthy'.

Before we get to the history of the company, we thought we would offer you the chance to view a special video that we had made of us at work here at 'GPL Towers' in Guildford, Surrey. We made the video to give you the customer the chance to see the people behind the web pages, as well as our efficient phoneroom and warehouse teams as well!

Grand Prix Legends - a history

Grand Prix Legends opened its doors in 1994 and is now the World's leading vendor of Motorsport related merchandise.

We also sell an extensive range of Diecast Replicas, aircraft models, leisure wear, sunglasses, books, videos and DVDs. With over 250,000 customers on our database, we send out catalogues every two weeks.

Our premises are in Peasmarsh, near Guildford, just 30 miles south west of London. It is here that we have some 35 staff and hold nearly £2 million worth of stock. Of course, you are welcome to visit us at any time, although we are not a shop, per se. If you are looking for something in particular, do phone first.

Delivery

We offer three delivery services for UK mainland addresses so that you can choose the most suitable service for your needs.

Our standard service for UK orders is a 3-5 working day service. We offer the option to upgrade your delivery to a 2 working day or a next working day service. Deliveries can be dependant on our friendly courier drivers and postal workers. A despatch email is sent when parcels leave our warehouse.

European and Worldwide delivery can take up to 14 days after being despatched and are subject to customs clearance.

If there is going to be a delay for any reason we will let you know. All quoted delivery times are based on standard working days i.e. Mon - Fri (excluding public holidays etc).

Most of our items are in stock awaiting despatch unless a pre-order message is shown below the items description.

All 'In Stock' orders that are received before 1pm, should be despatched from our warehouse the same day via Royal Mail or our couriers City Link or Parcelforce (UK only), subject to security checks and payment clearances.

Customs

When ordering mail-order goods from Grand Prix Legends for delivery overseas, you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your Country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they will be. Customs policies vary widely from Country to Country and you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from Grand Prix Legends, you are considered the importer and must comply with all law and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
