Here are a few points to help your transaction run smoothly.
Our Products ~~~~
Unless otherwise stated our miniatures are collectors items, not toys and not suitable for children under 14. EEC laws require us to stipulate this.
This does not apply to the toys sold in our CHILDRENS CATEGORY which are child safe with the CE mark and are very suitable for tiny enthusiasts!
Payment ~~~~
U K Buyers ~~~~
Paypal is the preferred method of payment.
However, I am aware that some buyers would really rather send their payment.
I can accept personal cheques and postal orders.

Goosey Gander Miniatures is operated between Luton and our holiday chalet in Cumbria, so please contact us first so that we can tell you when and where to send your payment.
International Buyers ~~~~
You will be welcome wherever in the world you live, but we are sorry, Paypal is the only method of payment we can accept.
Postage and packing ~~~~
Good packaging takes time, care and a little expense.
All these factors are included in our postage charges.
We want you to receive your miniatures in the condition they left us –perfect.
For ALL buyers each additional item will be post free
To keep costs down, we use Royal Mail second class standard service.
If you would like another service –i.e recorded delivery, please email us for any extra charge before buying.
Dispatch ~~~~
Your miniatures will be dispatched within 3 working days
(excluding British bank holidays and weekends)
of our receiving your cleared funds.
Please remember that Paypal is not instant if you pay by Echeque. You may have to wait while Paypal clears the payment from your bank.
I visit the post office on a daily basis.
You will receive an email on the day items are posted.
I cannot guarantee how long it will take for your parcel to reach you, I will do everything possible to ensure that your new miniature arrives safely and swiftly, but we are both in the hands of the Post Office once your parcel has left me.
Most customers in the UK receive their parcels within 3 days.
Buyers in the USA and Australia receive their items surprisingly quickly as well - (our record is Luton to San Francisco in 48 hours!) --usually within 3 to 5 days.
Postal losses ~~~
Postal losses in the UK are rare .Quite often post office delivery staff do not leave a card if you are out ,so please check at your post office before contacting us.
If your item hasn’t arrived within 2 weeks of dispatch please contact us and a replacement will be sent or refund given.
Postal losses with mail to Europe, the USA and Australia are also unusual. Please allow 3 weeks. If your item still hasn’t arrived please contact for a replacement or refund.
For other countries where postal services may be less reliable the quickest safest way is using International signed for service. This does cost a little more but is worth it for your peace of mind.

Returns ~~~~
Items can be returned, for any reason, within 14 days of receipt (with original packaging intact please) and you will be refunded the full purchase price.
Feedback ~~~~
We support EBay’s feedback system. Your feedback is appreciated as that way we know that you have received your miniature and are pleased with it .
We will leave you a possitve feedback within 24 hrs of receiving your payment.
Please, if you are thinking of leaving a neutral or negative feedback, contact us, ---there is no problem that cannot be resolved to your satisfaction and I will promptly deal with any issue you may have.
