Delivery & Returns

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return your item(s) to us for a full product price refund. Items must be returned within 7 days. Please contact us before returning any item on our customer services number or e-mail .All returns are at your own expense.  
All returned items must be complete and in the original packaging - PLEASE NOTE - we are unable to refund postage or shipping charges unless items are faulty or have been incorrectly despatched and we will deduct any E bay and/or Paypal fees incurred in the transaction. 
We cannot offer a return policy on Faux Fur Rugs and any items which are specially made on order.
