You can return your item for a full refund within 30 days of receipt.

Any damaged or faulty returns must have a valid postage receipt for a postage refund or if the item is over 1.7kgs we can arrange a collection.

All items have a 2 Year Warranty for replacement parts or replacements.

DVD Recorders should be returned direct to Toshiba - Customer Service 0844 8560730 they can offer full techincal support. Please note when returning this product state Good Ideas NOT Ebay as we have a return contract with them.
