TERMS &
CONDITIONS Payments We currently only accept payments made through PayPal. You can make a payment using PayPal with most major debit and credit cards without having a PayPal account. 
If you
are having problems making payment please contact us and let us know.
We are very reasonable and are happy to wait if you are experiencing
problems.
If
no payment or contact is made from the buyer within 7 days after winning an
item then a dispute will be opened using the resolution in eBay for
non-payment. If payment is still not received within a further 7 days then
the non-payment dispute will be closed, the item will be relisted and a
non-payment strike will be received on your eBay account.
Delivery & Postage Costs
Postage charges and dispatch times will be stated on the listing. These
will vary for different items so please check the listing for the specific
details.
A confirmation email will sent once your item has been
dispatched.
Expected delivery times after dispatch:
1st class delivery normally takes 1 - 2 working days.
2nd class delivery normally takes 2 - 5 working days.
Europe airmail 5 - 10 working days.
Rest of World 7 - 12 working days.
At the moment we don't let people collect.
Lost Items
For items posted
within the United Kingdom royal mail doesn’t consider an item to be lost
until 15 working days after an item has been dispatched. If
your item still hasn't arrived and 15 working days has passed since dispatch
please contact us. We will contact Royal Mail and if they are not able to
find your item a replacement will be dispatched if available.
For items posted to
the rest of the world royal mail doesn’t consider an item to be lost until
21 working days after an item has been dispatched. If your item
still hasn't arrived and 21 working days has passed since dispatch please
contact us. We will contact Royal Mail and if they are not able to find
your item a replacement will be dispatched if available.
Buy with confidence it is rare there is a problem but if there is we
will work quickly to resolve it.
Returns / Refunds
Returns will be
accepted for 14 days after purchase. Please contact us first before
returning an item. All items must be returned in the same condition as
received unless they are faulty. The resolution centre within eBay
must be used for returning an item. All our return details will be provided
once the return case has been opened.
If returning an
item from within the UK please obtain proof of postage from royal mail.
Proof of postage is free and insures the item if it is lost in the post.
We cannot be held liable for returned items if they are lost in the post.
