Information about our dispatching and delivery services
Processing your order
Same Day Dispatch
On weekdays, we aim to dispatch all orders received before 2.00pm on the same day. Over weekends and bank holidays, we will aim to dispatch your order on the next working day. During the busy times this can sometimes take a little longer.
Our dispatching system confirms order shipments to eBay and uploads any tracking information when this is available. This process runs once a day, in the evening and will update your order records in "My eBay" and, if your eBay account is configured to do so, eBay will then send you a notification or email.
We will dispatch your goods to the address provided when you complete your purchase on eBay; please take a moment to make sure this is correct before completing your purchase.
Postage and Packaging
Please note that glow sticks are bulky and heavy and need to be securely wrapped when posted. In most cases, the parcel will not fit through your letter box. If you are not home when they arrive, you may need to arrange for re-delivery of your parcel or collection from your local depot. Usually the carrier will leave a calling card, however this is not always the case. If you're unsure if you have missed a delivery, we always recommend contacting the carrier and checking.
For UK Mainland addresses
We use Royal Mail's 1st class service along with services from DPD and City-Link courier services to deliver your goods, each auction or listing includes information on which service will be used.
For non mainland addresses
We will vary the service to get your parcel to you without having to charge you more. Usually this means that customers in non mainland addresses can order without having to pay a premium postage price, however the delivery service and speed may vary from that advertised.
Normally this means there's no extra charge, but possibly an extra day in delivery time for addresses 'over water' such as Northern Ireland, the Scottich Isles and the Channel Isles. If we really can't do this, we'll let you know and provide the option of a full refund on your order.
If your parcel comes back to us
If your parcel is returned to us as undelivered, we will contact you through eBay. Our carriers do not refund the postage if they are unable to deliver your parcel and it may be necessary to make an additional charge to re-dispatch your order if you wish us to do this.
Paying by Cheque or eCheque
The Personal Cheque payment method is available on some of our auctions, it is also possible to pay via an eCheque through PayPal, depending on how your PayPal account is set up. Please be aware that when you are paying by personal cheque or eCheque there will be a delay while we wait for your payment to clear in our bank or PayPal account before we can dispatch your goods.
When we've sent your order
Once we have dispatched your order, it is up to the carrier to deliver it to you. If the carrier is suffering a delay, such as extreme weather conditions or postal strikes. It is not possible for us to retrieve your parcel from them or to accelerate it on your behalf.
Who We Are...
We are a small, registered company specialising in flashing and glow products, we have a fully stocked warehouse in the UK and all of our products are in stock and ready to dispatch at the time of listing.
All our products are double safety tested they meet or exceed the relevant safety requirements including the EN71 certification and carry the CE mark.
