Returns of cosmetics is not permitted for hygiene reasons if you have any queries about the item you are buying please use the 'Ask Seller a Question' service before placing your bid

A 14 day return policy is available for items received not as described in the listing or damaged in transit.  Where possible the returned item will be replaced with the correct item and if that is not possible a refund will be issued

All returned items must be returned in the condition they were received

I sometimes show two photos both with different backgrounds to try and give you a better view of the cosmetic colours. Please remember that monitor colours do vary.
