Customer satisfaction is our primary concern. If unhappy for any reason, return any item in the same condition it was sent to you in for refund or exchange. Most of our products come with warranties, if you ever need to use your warranty, we act as a liason between you and the manufacturer, email us and we set it all up for you. Some Common Situations :
If an item is received damaged or nonfunctional etc, we pay the cost to ship the damaged unit back and will ship a new one (preferred) or if the buyer desires, will perform a full refund of all original costs including shipping.
If an incorrect item is accidentally purchased and received, or, a buyer sells the car before the part gets there and winds up returning the unused item to us. The buyer must pay all costs to ship it back, there will be 15% restock fee (based on item cost) and we will not be able to refund the original shipment costs paid to ship it. If we are able to supply the correct part in exchange, we will waive the restock fee but, will still need to charge to ship the correct item. |
