If the item received is defective or is not as described, you may return it for exchange subject to the terms and conditions stated below.
* Customer must inspect all goods upon receipt and notify us within 2 business days if any products are missing, damaged or defective.
* Returns are to be received within the return period stated in the item description.
* All products being returned must be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by our Support Staff - RMA numbers are valid for 7 days from the date of issuance. Merchandise received without a properly issued RMA# will not be accepted, to obtain an RMA# please email us via the ebay messaging system and describe in details the reason for the RMA request.
* Items returned back must be complete and in the original condition as received, in original factory carton with all accessories, manuals, inserts and packaging. Please do not tape or write anything on the item or the original manufacturer's carton. All returns are subject to inspection, We reserve the right to refuse any such items.
* Items returned back because it is believed to be defective will be thoroughly tested, if found defective a replacement will be sent, if it is found not defective a refund will be issued less 15% restocking fee plus the original shipping cost (including items with free shipping).
* Replacements are limited to availability. If no replacement is available, a refund will be issued or we may substitute the product with one of same-or-better specifications.
* Items returned for a refund (only if authorized) must be in new condition as received and are be subject to a 15% restocking fee plus the original shipping cost (including items with free shipping), items returned back in used condition and/or missing packaging/components will not be accepted.
* Original shipping cost and/or return shipping cost are not refundable and will not be borne by GLBargain.
