Our preferred method of payment is Paypal but we also accept UK cheques and postal orders. If payment is made by cheque or postal order, please remember to include your name, address and details of the item you have purchased. International buyers must pay by Paypal - no other method is accepted.

Shipping Information:

We will dispatch purchases within 2 UK business days of your payment clearing although we usually aim to dispatch within 24 hours (not including weekends and UK bank holidays).  We do not normally post on Saturdays.

All of our items are dispatched from within the United Kingdom and are carefully packaged. Items are sent either via Royal Mail or via a courier service for heavier items. We always keep proof of postage. Tracking numbers, where relevant, will be provided to you on the day of dispatch.

Please enquire about combining shipping costs. Most of our items are dispatched from a central warehouse within the UK although a few items are held at and sent from our correspondance address. This is due to cost savings and helps us to keep our prices lower but does mean that it may not always be possible to combine shipping costs.
