If you wish to return your item(s), then you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. The item(s) must then be returned within 7 days of contact being made which gives you a total of 14 days to return your item(s). All postage costs must be covered by you, the buyer. (We recommend you obtain proof of postage when returning any goods.)

We will refund all costs, less postage, within 48 hours of receiving any returns.(*except wigs and earrings). We do not take any percentage of money for eBay charges or relisting fee’s. You the customer will always be refunded in full, less postage. To qualify for a refund the item(s) in question must be in all correct packaging and in unused condition. (Please note items can be tried on for size). If we deem any item(s) to be worn, or the packaging damaged, (I.e. item(s) cannot be resold due to poor condition or damaged packaging) then a refund will not be given, and we will send the item in question back to you with a note explaining why. We do this as you are the rightful owner of the item(s) in question. We do not charge postage to return the item back to you.

A Goods Return Note must accompany all returned items, this is in a PDF form to be printed out by yourself, please provide full details as requested on this form (to view/print the form click here).
