We have been selling on eBay since September of 2002 and have supplied top quality products to thousand and thousand of Happy Buyers. People all around the United States have come to trust GEOCORB as the seller to depend on for quality products and fast shipping.
About once a week I receive an email from a new buyer regarding the quality of the lotion. At first it would make me angry and hurt my feelings to think people didn't think I was an honest eBay seller, but then I figured that if it was the other way around I would be asking the same questions, so no worries here is the straight stuff.
I think some of the smaller sellers on eBay and 1 or 2 high volume sellers with high negative feedback should be avoided. I don’t know of anyone who empties half and puts in different stuff - way too much work - ever try combining two bottles of lotion at home when a pump breaks or the bottle cracks? – It takes forever for one, now imagine trying to do that to hundreds of bottles.
One could buy machines to do it but they cost a small fortune and then there is the problem with the law. Doing that would be trademark infringement and the manufactures’ wouldn’t sit still for that - so it isn’t even reasonable to think lotion sellers with more than a few years on eBay do this - even the bad ones.
Also the same goes for putting different lotion in a name brand bottle - it’s against the law and the manufactures’ would be right on it – as they should.
A seller could buy bad lotion from a known bad source - a warehouse where the heat went out and the stock all froze - or old stock - that’s what happens with some "new" sellers on eBay. - avoid them! They come to eBay and make a big splash with prices that are too low and “dump” their products never to be heard from again.
Some sellers get caught up in trying to sell more than someone else and price their items too cheap and then they can’t deliver – so look out for too cheap.
We only sell authentic, new, fresh lotion and we never open it. We only buy from trusted sources so we know the quality level. – I do get emails about once a month offering large qualities of product from questionable sources – I just say No Thanks. I am willing to pay a bit more to make sure what we sell is the best!
Now, here is the point that is really important - about 30% of GEOCORB sales are from REPEAT CUSTOMERS!
and our feedback says that THOUSANDS & THOUSANDS of different people think GEOCORB sells great products and ships very fast....
