POSTAGE COSTS EXPLAINED To offer the fastest possible despatch, our post and packing charges include not only the actual postage and packing costs, but also our time in preparing the item for despatch, Also we do not post locally we transport all items to a central distribution centre but sort locally as so to cut down on posting from us to you. Also you can select postage method so it is down to you if you wish to pay the prices you see also ALL price do INCLUDE VAT We do believe that when you place a order with us with your hard earned money you want what you purchase as if bought from a shop. Hense postage costs to cover this so we can get it to as fast as possible.

If you do not pay for your auctions(purchases) you will be reported to ebay and negative feedback will be left.

If payment is by PAYPAL we only post to addresses given when payment was made and delivery address can not be changed after payment.

Orders are posted normally within one business day upon receipt of payment

FAULTY ITEM POLICY

If your item is faulty you must email me before returning an item and within 7 days of recieveing it Via CONTACT MEMBER LINK quoting item,nature of problem and ebay listing number.

Buyer is responsible for returning the item and costs.

Replacement will be issued once item returned and found faulty and a new one tested.

If no fault is found further charges will be charged for return shipping to you.

If item was purchased by mistake we will refund the purchase price of the item {excluding P+P costs} as long as it is unopened with original packaging and undamaged.But please e/mail us using "contact member" link at the top before you return item{buyer is responsible for return}.

SO MAKE SURE YOU CHECK DISCRIPTION OF ITEM AND ASK ALL QUESTIONS.

  • Also some games may be marked as tested. These have been tested and are brand new unless stated. All new stock is tested from time to time to check compatilbilty and quality. These items may at times be discounted but are in full working order
