We don't accept Paypal payments.We accept payments by bank Wire transfer or Moneybookers,You may also request alternate payment options. International Paypal payments can be accepted only if verified and Up to $990 and will require signature delivery via EMS or Others. Customs duties taxes, brokers fees, and VAT are the responsibility of each buyer.Please be aware that in case of custom duties taxes the total import of the won auction can be higher,if You do not wish do not purchase it. Payment is due upon The purchase and is expected no later than 3 days from the Purchase date. Shipping
We normally ship by EMS from the Japanese Post wich we found reliable and fair in order of shipping time,cost and safety. Our in house shipping is done under digital camera to verify what is placed in packages and in what condition.
If the buyer requires a lower shipping value of the purchased item or shipping to a country where insurance is unavailable or limited,the buyer bears all responsibility in any event.On request we also ship by UPS,FEDEX,DHL,Etc..Please ask for quotation !! If you have any special request about your shipment please contact us as soon as possible possibly within 24 hours.we will do our best to make your purchase a moment of joy !!
We endeavor to have accurate shipping material and generally double bubble wrapped in the special EMS bag but please keep in the mind that often You might find already used wrapping material as we do Recycle that we are on the side of “ keep Our planet green “. If the purchase is a gift please let Us know we will wrapping it with special paper and write You special message on a card to Your loved ones under Your instructions,this is FREE of charge . We love the nature and in order to reduce the destruction of Trees and pollution We recycle.
Handling Time
We ship within 48 Hrs.Can be a delay only in the case when we inspect the watch prior shipping and we found some problem if so the watch need to be inspected by Our watch Master in the order of 2/3 days.It happen really rarely,if this case we advice the customer and if the customer agree we proceed or a full refund back is made.
Insurance and Declared Value Coverage
Because of the nature of the items we generally ship EMS with declared full value coverage.We can ensure up to $20,000.00
The shipping cost include the insurance fee also if the item is shipped free of cost.
If you choose not to purchase declared value coverage you are absolving Galawatch and all entities of any liability if the item arrives damaged or fails to arrive.
