RETURN POLICY
Starting with the day you receive the item you have 3 business days to contact us if you are not satisfied with Your purchase* (for misrepresentation of the watch or non genuine item) to obtain a full refund of your purchase price (all transportation costs are NON-refundable). Customers must contact us by E MAIL within the 3-day period with an explanation of why they wish to return the item to be eligible for the refund. Items returned after 3 business days but before 10 business days: Are subject to a 10% restocking fee or you can return the item for a Credit for the full purchase price. These credits never expire and can be applied to any of the merchandise we are currently selling. Returns must be in their original condition No new scratches, chips, or marks. Bracelet/strap and amount of links must be the same. Returns will NOT be accepted if the reason was disclosed to you in our description of the watch. This includes but is not limited to misinterpretation of the watch size or for buyer remorse.
