• Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, & US Armed Forces (APO/FPO) - Item(s) purchased usually ship out within 48-72 hours, excluding weekends and holidays via UPS 2nd Day Air or USPS Priority.  (May take up to 8 business days to arrive).

• CANADIAN - Item(s) purchased usually ship out within 48-72 hours, excluding weekends or holidays via UPS Worldwide Standard.  (Certain provinces can take up to 15 business days to arrive).  ** Please See Below ** CANADIAN GST, Duty, and Brokerage Fees will NOT BE PAID by GSS. You will be responsible for any GST, Duties and Brokerage fees.  This is due in full upon delivery.

• International Shipping and Handling: We don't ship internationally to any countries, except Canada.

• Multiple Shipping and Handling. We are not offering consolidated shipping on our items since there is solid shipping and handling cost on pur products. We just don't feel right about our customer paying all the S&H fees when they are been included in item's price - so called "FREE shipping"

 

• Inhouse pickup. We don't offer that service to our ebay customers. If you place your order through eBay you agree to pay shipping and handling charges in full amount.

RETURN POLICY

All of our items could be returned in 10 days for store credit only. Restocking fee is being applied and S&H charges are being substracted. The product has to be unopened and/or unused. A return authorization number (RA#) must be obtained prior to any customer sending back an item for a refund (less original S&H charges and restocking fee). In the event an item is damaged during transit, we will replace the item (if we have more in stock) or refund your money, whichever you prefer. DO NOT RETURN DAMAGED ITEMS TO US WITHOUT CONTACTING US FIRST! Our shipping carrier requests that damaged items be picked up from the receiver. If you need to return an item, email us. Be sure to put "RA Number" in the subject line of your email. We will respond with all the information necessary to return your item.  Email support@galacticsnowsports.com for an RA#.

No matter what the reason for returning is we offer to pay half of your shipping back.
How does it work?
1. Please require a return label when you obtain the RA#.
2. We will email you RA# and return label.
3. Ship the product back to us.
4. When we receive the product we will refund your purchase price minus 50% of shipping .
How much is shipping fee for returns?
It is the same as shipping fee when you purchase the same item.

IMPORTANT!
Returns that miss RA# are not being processed and are not being returned!
If you want us to pay half of your shipping fees when returning an item you have to use our label.
We don't cover half of your shipping if you paid it yourself at UPS, FedEx etc office.
It is not mandatory to use our labels - after you get your RA# you can go to any USPS, UPS, FedEx
or any other shipping carrier.
