Are Galactic Snow Sports products new or used?
We deal both Certified Used and in BRAND NEW TOP
QUALITY merchandise.
How do I check the status of my order?
We will email you a tracking number upon shipment of your
order. If you do not receive a tracking number within 2 days
after you've placed your order, contact us to get information
about tracking information. The tracking number allows you to
track the location of your shipment 24 hours a day.
Do you accept PayPal?
We accept PayPal. Please use our Winner's checkout link (above)
to pay by PayPal. If you try and pay directly through eBay or
PayPal your payment will most likely be lost in translation and
therefore your order will NOT get shipped. Use the orange
“checkout cart” above to complete your order.
How do I pay by Credit Card?
To pay by credit card you can use PayPal through our check-out
link. PayPal accepts, Mastercard, Visa, American Express and
Discover cards.
Do you sell to International customers?
We sell to US and Canada only.
Do I have to use your checkout link?
Yes, you must use our checkout link in the “description area”
at the top of the page. We ship a high volume of orders
each week and the checkout link allows us to process your order
more efficiently.
What if my order does not arrive, is
lost, stolen, or damaged?
We guarantee all our orders. Please contact
support@galacticsnowsports.com, if you feel your order is
not received in the specified time above. If your order is
lost, stolen or damaged, we will ship a replacement order after
the minimum transit time has elapsed (15 days for domestic, 30
days for international).
Does Galactic Snow Sports deal in
custom/special orders?
Yes, we can place custom orders with many of the leading Ski
and Snowboard manufacturers, as we operate a 30,000 square foot
retail ski and snowboard shop with all top brand names.
When will my order be shipped?
All orders are shipped upon receipt of payment. Due to
overwhelming demand and our unbelievable prices we typically
take hundreds of orders a day. Most orders received for in-stock
merchandise before 3 PM EST, Monday through Friday, will be
shipped within 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS, EXCLUDING WEEKENDS AND
HOLIDAYS!
Please allow 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS for us to process your order
plus the time listed below for FedEx to deliver your order. We
ship from Virginia, so all of our orders reach the eastern
regions the fastest.
Do I get a discount if I purchase more than 1
item from Galactic Snow Sports?
We do not consolidate shipping.
What is Galactic Snow Sports Sales Tax
Policy?
We are required to collect sales tax in all states where
Galactic Snow Sports has a store or physical presence. At this
time, Galactic Snow Sports is required to collect sales (5%) tax
on all purchases made in Virginia.
How do we
rate THEM?!
There is nothing subjective about it when we're talking about
our ski/snowboard/boot/etc. condition grading. Fair and accurate
grading is ensured by the very thorough system we invented. Each
step in the 3 point grading process adds up to a final grade
(there's no room for opinion). The result is, you know exactly
what you're getting and your expectations are always met, (most
times they're exceeded) because we are tougher than most when it
comes to grading! We cut no slack because we wants to make 100%
sure that you are happy with your equipment. We stick to these
ratings as a team and there is NO room for negotiation ever.
