We want you to be absolutely satisfied with your purchase from furnitureinfashion. Once you receive your goods you have 7 days to decide whether you wish to keep them or return them. If so, then you can either arrange to return the goods yourself or you can ask us to collect them from you. If you choose the latter then you will be charged for cost of collection.

  • Please note all items must be returned in their original packaging and in a unused condition
  • Items which are not returned in their original packaging, or parts missing, or have been assembled will not be refunded.
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the goods have been damaged by our courier.

    When receiving the delivery from our courier we recommend you to check the parcel contents internally and should you find any damage to the contents of your parcel or should you be in any doubt what so ever we insist that you sign for the parcel "damaged". Once you have opened your packaging and you discover faulty/damaged goods or missing parts you must notify us within 3 Working Days by submitting a support ticket, unless this is done within this specified time we do not hold responsibility for damages or loss of contents in your delivery. If the goods are damaged, and we are unable to repair the item to manufacturing standards, we will send a replacement item upon confirmation that the damaged item has been returned to us. Furthermore, please check all parts for damages before assembly as we will not hold any responsibility for damaged claims once the item has been assembled.

Please note once you have received your goods and inspected them to your satisfaction before assembling your goods we highly recommend that you carefully follow the instructions provided for the process of assembling your item/s. Furnitureinfashion do not hold any responsibility for items that have been assembled incorrectly

Goods on pallets:

Upon receiving your pallet, you MUST check that the pallet is not damaged, and further inspect the packaging is not torn or bent in any way. On all glass items you must check the glass is not shattered. Should you find any damage or defects you MUST NOT accept the delivery, and sign it as damaged. If the delivery driver refuses to wait while you inspect the goods then sign refused on the delivery note, and do not accept the delivery. Furnitureinfashion will not accept any responsibility, for damages on Glass or glass items after you have signed and accepted the goods, as a good delivery.

ALL PALLETISED GOODS WILL BE DELIVERED TO GROUND FLOOR ONLY.

Negative Feedback Terms & Conditions

In the event that you are not entirely satisfied with your product you must take the necessary steps to contact us to rectify the problem.
Steps to be taken:
  1. You must first email joseph@furnitureinfashion.net or contact us via the ebay message system
  2. Await our response with a maximum of 14 days response time
  3. If you are happy with our solution you must give us 14 days from the last point of contact to resolve the issue.

If a negative feedback is given before these steps have been taken, it will be a breach of the terms and conditions and may result in a court order to remove the stated feedback.

Your Right To Cancel

We fully understand that your circumstances may alter. You may cancel your order (once accepted by us) before dispatch via our support center. In doing so we will charge you an additional £10 administration fee. If we recieve your request to cancel after dispatch or while in transit delivery charge will  not be refunded.

(If your order has been dispatched delivery must be refused otherwise this will be taken as a sign of order acceptance and the normal terms and conditions will apply, See above)

Items marked 'special order' are subject to 30% cancellation fee

We reserve the right to ask for photographic images for items that are damaged/faulty.
