A:Please return within 7 working days in its original packaging for a full refund. Postage will not be refunded. Postage will only be refunded if the item is found to be faulty

A:A postage discount is only available on buy it now option. There is no postage discount on auction style.

Q:When can I expect my order to arrive?
A:Everything you see in our shop is in stock in our warehouse in North West London. We usualy send same day if payment is clear before 4PM. We use parcelforce 48.

Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge?
A:The handling charge is included in the delivery cost.
