Every measure is taken to ensure all items are despatched within the despatch time scales stated. In an unfortunate circumstance that an item is not received withing the stated delivery time scale set by Royal Mail or Other Postal Service the responsibility to Track/Claim for Missing/Lost Items is the Buyers responsibiity. This Policy is in conjuntion with Guidance from Royal Mail. All Claim Forms and Supporting Documentation will be provided by Funky Surfer Store to the Buyer to enable any lost items to be Tracked or Full Monetry Claims made by the Buyer.
