ORDERING |
|
We will email you to confirm receipt of your order. We only list items that we hold as stock but as we sell from several different channels, and although we update stock daily, on very rare occasions we may run out of stock. However, if there is a problem with any part of your order we will contact you as soon as possible.
Orders are normally processed and despatched on the same day if received before 1pm. However, during busy periods this may roll over to the next day but will be within 24 hours.
We will email you once your order has been despatched and if sent by courier, you will receive a tracking number for your parcel. |

DELIVERY CHARGES |
|
We offer a reduction on delivery charges where possible. Please “commit to buy” the items you are ordering but do not pay and we will then send you an invoice with combined delivery.
Our maximum standard delivery charge is £6.99 for UK Mainland and £11.99 for Channel Islands, Offshore Isles, Highlands & Northern Ireland (also includes postcodes IV, KW and some PA) for any number of items.
Most items are available for next day delivery (except heavier items to Channel Islands, Offshore Isles, Highlands & Northern Ireland). Next Day delivery charges are as follows:
Under 250g - £5.99
Up to 1kg - £7.99
Above 1kg - £8.99
We also deliver to BFPO addresses. Please email us for costs.

PAYMENT |

All prices shown are inclusive of VAT. We accept the following forms of payment:
▪ Credit and Debit Cards - Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Solo, American Express. You will need to call us on 020 3411 4640 Monday to Friday 9-5pm to pay with a credit/debit card over the phone.
▪ PayPal
▪ Bank Transfer – please email us for details. Please note, however, that we will NOT accept any bank charges from overseas customers and the FULL amount must be received into our account before despatching goods.
▪ Cheques should be made payable to ‘FUNKY LEISURE LTD’ ensuring all details are correct with full name and address clearly printed on the back. Obviously, you will need to allow 3-5 working days for the cheque to clear before goods can be despatched.
▪ We do not accept cash sent to us through the post and cannot be held responsible for any losses therewith.
Payment is expected within 7 days and after this time, we will file for unpaid item. Please let us know if your payment is delayed for any reason.

REFUNDS/RETURNS |
|
All products are brand new and guaranteed to be in working order when you receive them. If not we (or the manufacturer) will replace the item (if another is available) or offer you a full refund including postage and packing, providing the item is returned to us within 7 days of receiving it.
Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from us and claim a full refund of the price paid for the goods. To cancel your order you must notify us in writing via email/post within seven [7] working days following the day of delivery. We will confirm your cancellation via email - the goods must then be returned in an unused and re-saleable condition i.e. unopened with any seals and shrink wrap intact within ten [10] days. You are responsible for the cost of safe carriage back to us - unfortunately, original delivery charges cannot be refunded. |

OVERSEAS BUYERS |

We are happy to ship all items worldwide where possible. If there is no shipping price listed for your country, please email us for costs. Items over 2kg have to be sent via courier and this price is dependent on parcel weight and dimensions. Please email us and we will try to obtain the best possible price for you.
Due to the amount of items we have sent to ITALY that have gone missing, we will now only send to ITALY via the Royal Mail International Signed For service which is a faster, more secure shipping option that requires a signature on delivery. |

Customer service is of paramount importance to us and we work very hard to maintain 100% feedback. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please email us BEFORE leaving feedback and we will do our very best to resolve any problem.
