Customer service & return policy  

Refunds are accepted provided that the buyer contacts us within 3 days of receiving the item to notify us that a refund will be requested and returns the item within 14 days of receipt. The cost of returning the item is the buyers responsibility unless goods are faulty or not as described in the details.  All items must be returned in the same condition they were sent in.  A refund will be issued once the item has been returned, assuming that the above conditions have been met.
