FAQ – For Funky Fluffys. 

• When will my order be dispatched?

 We keep all items in stock so your order will be dispatched the same day if ordered before 12 midday. This excludes weekends and bank holidays.

•  How long does delivery take?

 All UK orders are sent on 1^st class recorded. This service usually takes 2-3 working days. Please be aware that sometimes this may take longer. If you require a quicker service please send us a email. Next day delivery is charged at £5.00 and is available Monday to Thursday.

International orders are sent by International recorded. All items are tracked and have to be signed. This service usually takes between 5-10 working days.

• It’s been a week since I placed my order and it still has arrived, can you tell me when I can expect them?

 Although most orders are usually received within the time scales above, on rare occasion than can take slightly longer. If you have not received your goods within 7 day for UK orders and 12 days for international orders please send us a message and we will track your order for you.

•  Can I change my delivery address?

 Yes of course, be quick to send us a message though as we dispatch on the same day.

• Do I have to sign for my goods?

 Yes all of our items need to be signed for. If you are not at your address a card will be left and you will have to pick your goods up from your local sorting office.

•  Can i get discount on combined purchases?

 Yes we give great discounts on combined purchase. Please purchase you item and request combined postage. We will discount accordingly and send you an invoice.

•  Are the Funky Fluffys UV?

 Most of our Fluffys are UV. The lighter colours glow stronger under UV light.  The only colour that does not glow at all in Black.

•  Can I return my good if I am unhappy?

 Yes you have 14 days to return you’re good for a refund, excluding posting costs and PayPal fees.

•  Why does the fur keeps coming out of my Funky Fluffys?

 It is natural for some of the fur to come away when new after manufacturing. This will stop after wearing for a while.

•  How long are the Funky Fluffys?

 The Funky Fluffys are approx 20-21 inches long. They can be cut to make shorter if required.
