We aim to post five days per week. Unfortunately, we can not post on Saturday, Sunday or English public holidays.

All estimated delivery times given by Ebay are indeed estimates only - once posted we cannot control transit times. Items will often be received faster or slower than the estimated delivery times offered - deliveries tend to take longer after weekends and around public holidays.

All orders to UK buyers are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class or 1st Class Recorded service. On some occasions, due to weight or order value, we may upgrade your order to courier delivery. If you require an express or timed service please check with us before payment is made - we will be happy to quote you for this service.

All orders to EU buyers are sent via Royal Mail Airmail or Royal Mail International Signed Service. On some occasions, due to weight or order value, we may upgrade your order to courier delivery. If you require a tracking number please check with us before payment is made - we will be happy to quote you for this service.

Where applicable - import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or P&P charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. If you are in (for example) Norway, Switzerland, Channel Islands, Gibraltar, Canary Islands, Andorra, Vatican City or outside of the EU you should check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (courier) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional P&P charges.

We do not mark customs declarations below value or mark items as 'gifts' - international government regulations prohibit such behaviour.
