| Q:Payment by cheque? |

| A:Please be advised I would prefer you to check with me first if you want to send payment by cheque.this is because my bankno longer have a branch local to me,and so for (in particular)smaller orders it will cost me a minimum of £3 for a bus to town and back to be abe to pay in a cheque which in many cases is less than the value of my bus ticket! |

| Q:Why does it cost so much for you to send some items? |

| A:I am always as fair as I can be with the postage and packaging charges. However the card blanks especially, being the quality that they are, re quite weighty, and this is taken into account with the calculations.
With any purchase if you are not convinced of the quote for p&p please contact me I will weigh your order and quote you a specific price. |

| A:All items sold in my shop are brand new unless otherwise stated |
| Q:Do you have all items readily available? |

| A:In most cases,yes.I would never willingly list an item that I either didn't have in stock or was unable to get my hands on very quickly for you.If this is ever the case I will automatically offer an alternative or a refund as soon as is possible. |

| Q:Do you combine shipping? |

| A:Yes. My minimum shipping & handling cost is low enough to remain the same in covering most small orders. Additional items will be reduced significantly as I don't believe in making any money from the posting of items, but I do need to cover my own costs. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:Within 5 working days - please do email me if in any purchase you require the item more urgently, I will gladly oblige. |
| Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? |

| A:Shipping & Handling starts at 75p, for the smaller items you should pay no more than £1.50 Shipping which is very fair. |

| Q:Why does the minimum cost start at 75p? |

| A:I have this as the minimum because it covers everything, including the packaging of the items, address labelling, invoices, envelopes and stamps. It all adds up! |
| Q:Why do I have to wait up to a week for delivery? |
|
| A:If I can manage additional trips to the post office I will gladly do so, but I have a family and a home to run all at the same time . This is why I say UP TO 5 days it will usually be much quicker but there is no telling what is happening at this end from day to day! |
