Any photograph or description (or part of it) which forms part of our listings are © Frosts Digital Imaging Centre Ltd (unless otherwise stated – i.e.; ‘pre-filled information’) and may not be used without permission from us. All brand names, logos and trademarks are property of their respective owners.

 

All items in the store, or any connected auction listings are offered for sale by Frosts Digital Imaging Centre Ltd (“we/us”) which will be the contracting party for any orders that you place.

By purchasing or bidding on any items offered for sale by us, you are agreeing that you have read and understand these Terms and Conditions in full and unreservedly accept them. All statements, guarantees or warranties in our terms of trading are additional to your statutory rights.

 

Our Terms and Conditions comply with UK legislation, including the Distance Selling Regulations 2000 and are designed to ensure that all our customers can shop easily and with confidence with us. As such, any disputes shall be adjudicated according to the laws of England and Wales. Each provision of these Terms and Conditions of Sale shall be construed separately and independently of each other and the validity of any one part shall not affect the validity of any other part.

By leaving negative feedback before contacting us and receiving a reply, you are foregoing any right to any refund or replacement.

 

  • Prices

All prices and shown in UK pounds sterling (£/GBP) and include VAT at the UK rate of 17.5%. You are responsible for paying delivery charges (which will be made clear in the listing or on any invoices). If you are not sure how much postage and packaging is to your address, it is your responsibility to contact us to find out BEFORE placing a bid or making a purchase.

 

Occasionally, prices of identical items offered for sale may differ slightly. We are under no obligation to honour any lower price.

Our prices online and in our physical store may differ. Again, we are under no obligation to honour the lower price.

 

On the rare occasion of incorrectly priced items, we will, at our discretion, either;

1)       Contact you and ask you if you would like to cancel your order or pay the correct price, or;

2)       Notify you that we have cancelled your order.

We will not be obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price.


We reserve the right to adjust prices, descriptions (including pictures) and specifications of goods in the store at our discretion at any time before (but not after) we accept your order.

 

 

  • Payment

We accept payment in the following formats;

1)       Via Paypal

2)       By credit or debit card through Paypal

3)       By credit or debit card by telephone

4)       By cash, credit or debit card upon collection from our physical store (at the address above).

We do not accept any other forms of payment.

 

We are not responsible if your card issuer or bank charges you as a result of you paying for your order placed with us.

 

  • Your order

You will have the opportunity to check and correct your order (or bid) in the eBay system before finalising it.

All purchases (including bids) are subject to acceptance by us. We may choose not to accept your order for any reason and will not be held liable to you or anyone else in these circumstances.

A contract is formed upon us accepting your order.

 

  • Right to Withdraw Goods

We reserve the right to withdraw goods from our store at any time. We will not be liable to you or anyone else for withdrawing goods from sale.

 

  • Delivery and Risk

We only ship orders to your eBay/Paypal delivery address within mainland UK. You can also collect your order from our physical store (at the address above).

We cannot be held responsible if you provide an incorrect delivery address or if someone is not available to receive the delivery. Any charges incurred by us caused by either of these reasons will be passed onto you.

We dispatch items ordered by you using the method of delivery specified in the item listing (usually Royal Mail).

We endeavour to dispatch orders within a reasonable time (usually 2 working days), but we cannot accept any liability for late deliveries which are due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In the event of the dispatch of your order being delayed, we will contact you.

Once the goods are received by you, all risk of damage to, or loss of, the goods shall pass to you. If you intend to cancel your order in accordance with our Order Cancellation and Returns and Refund Policy, you must keep good care of the goods pending their return to us.

 

  • Order Cancellation (“Cooling Off Period”)

You have the right to cancel your order with us, in accordance with Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. The period in which you can exercise that right is 7 working days beginning the day after your goods are received. Should you wish to cancel and return your order, you must notify us of your intention either by telephone or email and await our reply before returning any goods. The unused goods must be returned to us within the 7 days of the notice to cancel (7 days after you notify us that you wish to cancel your order).

You are responsible for returning the goods to us at your own cost and risk; therefore, we recommend you use an insured delivery method such as Royal Mail Special Delivery. We reserve the right to have the goods inspected by a technician prior to replacement or refund.

Should you cancel your order within the cooling off period, we will issue you with a refund for the price you paid for the item, less the original postage and packaging costs and any other costs or fees incurred by ourselves.

 

  • Damaged goods

In the unlikely event that your order is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately either by telephone or email. Please retain the original packaging for returning your order as this will be required for any claims against the carrier. We will arrange for a prompt replacement or refund (including return postage cost).

 

  • Faulty or Incorrectly Described Goods

If you suspect a fault with your product or feel we have incorrectly described your item, please contact us immediately either by telephone or email. If there is an obvious defect and/or under the manufacturers recommendation it needs to be returned, please notify us and return the goods within the 14 days of receipt. Within 14 days or purchase, if your goods are faulty, we will offer a prompt replacement of the relevant components or if you prefer a full refund including return postage. This does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse. We must be notified of the fault within 14 days or purchase and proof of purchase MUST be provided.

If your purchase develops a fault after 14 days and within its 12 months guarantee (if applicable), we will arrange to repair and return the product to you free of charge. After 14 days, if your item is covered by a guarantee, you can also return your faulty goods directly to the manufacturer for repair, providing them with proof of purchase.

Failure to provide proof of purchase may render the 12 month guarantee invalid and no repair will be made.

Please note it can take a number of weeks for repairs to be undertaken, depending on the manufacturer and complexity of the problem. We will not be held liable for any loss or expense incurred by you caused by delays during repair.

 

  • Returning Goods

If you need to return your goods due for any of the reasons detailed above, you must notify us of your intention either by telephone, email or in writing. Please quote your eBay username, details of the purchase (title, item number etc.) in any correspondence with us.

We reserve the right to deem the goods second-hand and make you an appropriate offer should any items not be returned in their entirety or in an AS NEW condition outside the 7 working days after receipt of the parcel.

All goods must be returned with accessories, packaging, instructions, etc. and must include any free gifts which came with the product. Any software must still be sealed (unless faulty).

Refunds will only be issued in the same form as the payment was originally received (i.e. payments made by credit card will be refunded back to that card etc.).

Unless the item is faulty or damaged in transit, we will only refund the original cost of the item (not including postage) less any fees incurred by us such as eBay/Paypal fees and you are responsible for the cost of returning the item. It is your responsibility to check the contents of your delivery, if any incorrect goods are supplied to you, you must notify us within 48 hours after delivery. After this period, any mistakes cannot be rectified.

 

  • Order Not Received

The majority of orders are received within a few days of dispatch, but please allow up to 28 days for delivery. If you have not received your item within this time, please contact us by either telephone or email, including the details of your purchase.

 

  • Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Any information about you that we collect will only be used for the purposes for which it is collected i.e. fulfilling your order.

We will NEVER supply or share your personal information with any other companies (except eBay/Paypal if necessary).

 

From time to time it may be necessary for us to review and revise our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to change it at any time.

 

We may from time to time, send you pertinent information on special offers, give-aways, or special discounts should you wish to subscribe to it.
