In the unlikely and unfortuante event that you have an issue/problem with any aspect of your purchase/delivery, we ask that you please CONTACT US in the first instance either via eBay, email or phone to resolve - we will always do our upmost to ensure any issues are resolved as quickly as possible.

 

Please do NOT just leave us neutral/negative feedback without giving us the opportunity to resolve the issue first - as we feel this is very unfair and breaks eBay rules and policies. If we don't know there's a problem then we can't help - so please contact us first! - Thank You.

Office Hours: 

Our normal offices hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday - Friday 9:30am-4:30pm, Closed all day Wednesday's.

 

We are closed during all normal UK National Bank Holidays.

 

Office hours can vary at particular times of year, i.e. Christmas, Annual Holiday. We will notify buyers of any changes to our usual office hours by a notice on our eBay Shop Home Page, by a standard eBay 'Holiday Notification Message' which is displayed on each of our listings and by 'Winning Buyer Notifications'.

 

Please note no orders, queries will be processed outside of our of normal, or notified change to office hours.
