You must inform us within 7 days of receiving your order, of your intention to return the them. Items must be returned within 14 days unused, unworn and in undamaged stock condition suitable for resale. Original tags must still be attached and in original packaging if this applies. Items bought under auction do not qualify for an exchange or refund under the Distance Selling Regulations, this only applies to fixed price items.
