REFUND POLICY
We try to describe all items as honestly and accurately as possible.
If due to an error on our part any item differs significantly from our description and/or photographs, a full refund including all postage costs will be given.
If you have a change of mind on an item that has been accurately described/photographed, a refund will be given of the purchase price only.
In both cases we must be notified by e-mail within 3 days of receipt. The item(s) must be returned within 14 days in the same condition and packaging as when dispatched.
If you require any of the additional Post Office services (R/Delivery - Tracking – Insurance etc) they are available on request. We always obtain a postage paid receipt but please remember that this offers no tracking facility, it is for proof of dispatch only.
