We hope you will be delighted with your purchase, if however you wish to return your order for refund simply use the returns label provided You will need to pay for postage on these returns.

Please complete and enclose the Returns Form supplied with your delivery. This can be found on the reverse of your despatch note.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund used or customer damaged items (statutory rights not affected). When you return goods, please retain proof of posting from your shipper. Without this we cannot be responsible for any items that fail to reach us.

Please note: We do not currently accept returns in store for items ordered through the eBay outlet store.
