How can I pay for my order?
You can pay for your order using PayPal.
Can I place an order over the phone?
We are only able to accept orders through the French Connection eBay Outlet web site.
Can I change my order once it has been placed?
There isn’t an option to make changes to your order once it has been accepted. This includes changes of address.
Can I cancel my order once it has been placed?
If your order has not yet left our warehouse, you can cancel and receive a full refund.
If your order has already been despatched, you have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund within 7 days of receipt, provided the goods are returned in their original condition.
What happens if an item(s) is found to be out of stock after my order is placed?
We will contact you as soon as possible to let you know if an item is unavailable. You will be refunded for the out of stock item as soon as possible.
What happens if I receive a faulty item?

How do I work out what size I am?

Delivery FAQs
Where do you deliver to?
We currently only deliver to UK Mainland.
Please note: We do not deliver to PO Box Addresses.
What does delivery cost?
Standard delivery is £1.99.
How long will standard delivery take?
Standard delivery can take up to 7 working days.
Your items are dispatched the next working day. Please allow up to 7 working days for your goods to arrive.
Deliveries are made from 7am until 8pm and may require a signature. You may wish to nominate a secure delivery address where someone is available to sign for you in your absence.
How long will express delivery take?
Express delivery guarantees delivery within 2 working days.
Your items are dispatched the next working day. Please allow 2 working days for your goods to arrive.
How will I know my order is on its way?
You will receive notification via email confirming the despatch of your order and details of how to track your parcel.
What couriers do you use?
We use Royal Mail to delivery our parcels.
How do I track my order once you have dispatched?
Orders dispatched to the Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scottish Islands or Northern Ireland are sent by Royal Mail and we cannot track these orders.

Do I need to wait in for my parcel?
Standard delivery parcel may require a signature. If you are not available to sign for your order, it will either be left in a secure place or they will leave a calling card which you can use to request a re-delivery.
The courier will make two further attempts to re-deliver. If they are still unable to deliver and you do not contact them within 5 working days of the first delivery attempt, your parcel will be automatically returned to our warehouse and we will refund you for the items.
What do I do if my order hasn't been delivered within the expected time frame?
If your order has not arrived, please check that it has been successfully shipped using the tracking information supplied.

Returns FAQs
How long do I have to return an item for refund?
If you are not completely satisfied with your goods, you may return them within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.
We do reserve the right to refuse to refund goods if they are not in their original condition.
Do I have to pay to return an item?
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning any items to us.
How do I return an item I have purchased?
A returns label is provided with your order. Please complete and enclose the Returns Form supplied with your delivery, and post this back to us within 14 days. Please obtain a proof of posting from the post office.
Please note: Any item(s) bought through the eBay Outlet web site cannot be returned to a French Connection store or to French Connection Online.
Can I return pierced earrings or hair accessories?
We are unable to accept the return of any pierced earrings or any hair accessories for health and hygiene reasons.
Can I exchange my item?
Unfortunately we are only able to offer a refund service for returns. You can buy other items as normal by placing another order.
