How do I track my order once you have dispatched?
Orders dispatched to the Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scottish Islands or Northern Ireland will be sent by Royal Mail and we cannot track these orders.

Once despatched, the current status of all other orders can be tracked from http://www.yodel.co.uk/ by entering your consignment number, starting with JJD, into the section titled ‘Tracking Code.’ The current status of your parcel will be displayed.

Please note: French Connection does not accept liability for any delivery instructions issued to the delivery company by the customer. If you leave instructions requesting a parcel to be left in a different location (eg shed, garage, neighbour, etc) we can not accept responsibility if you fail to receive your parcel.
