At Freeze Pro Shop we try our very best to get any order you place out the very same day, and will generally continue to ship new orders up to 3pm.
All orders should include a contact telephone number. In the event of an item being returned to us as undeliverable, subsequent delivery will be chargeable to the buyer.
UK Domestic Shipping
For larger, more expensive & 2kg+ orders we use a “Next Working Day DPD" service. Tracking details are available upon request. For smaller, lower value items we use 2nd Class Royal Mail, with an upgrade to 1st Class which sees most of our items arriving the next day! All our postage costs reflect courier & packaging costs.
Most international items are sent via Royal Mail, with a Courier Service Option available. Please get in touch through eBay messaging for a specific postage quote for your item. All tracking details can be provided upon request.
If you are unhappy with your item, or it has arrived damaged then we will happily accept a return for refund (within 30 days of receipt). There is no need to contact us first (although a quick note in eBay messaging is fine) simply repack the item (including all original packing) and include a cover note with your eBay User ID (e.g. freeze_pro_shop), item number (12 digits) and your full name, address and contact number.
