Free Post Magic - Shop Policies

At Free Post Magic, we aim to bring the hobby of magic to an affordable and exciting level. From past experience, we understand that many items associated with performing magic can often be highly costly and expensive. Our goal is to offer quality magic tricks and accessories at low prices. We are always happy to answer questions through e-mail.

Delivery

We offer extremely fair and cheap postage rates, starting at as little as 50p per item, or FREE for all UK orders over £15 (or international orders over £70, Currently jusggling equipment is excluded from international postage offer). All items are in stock, ready to dispatch, and are sent first class delivery. We aim to post all items within 24 hours, if not sooner.

International orders

We ship worldwide, and of course charge a little extra for international orders to cover higher postage rates. All international orders over £70 will be posted FREE of charge. Please see the prices at the bottom of the adverts for international postage. If you are still not sure, please e-mail us and ask. Deliveries to Countries within the EU can take up 14 working days, deliveries to the rest of the World can take up to 30 working days

FREE DVD OFFER 

Customers placing an order of £100 and over will be entitled to a FREE DVD of their choice! Simply make an order of £100 and select ANY DVD (under £20) of your choice from our online store! Just leave a note when paying stating which FREE DVD you would like! This offer is available to customers worldwide. Excludes box-sets.

Refunds / exchanges

On the rare occasion that any of our customers may receive faulty or damaged goods, we will be happy to exchange the item for a new working item. Due to the nature of magic, item descriptions do not contain secrets of how the tricks are achieved. We do our very best to ensure that all items are described fairly, with appropriate information. We are always happy to help if there are any questions. If any of our customers feel mislead, or ill informed about any item, please don't hesitate to contact us, and we will do our very best to resolve the situation. Exchanges and credit can always be arranged.

Payment

We accept most payment methods. All payments must be made in GB £ sterling. We reccomend PayPal to all our international buyers. We do not charge our buyers extra for PayPal. We also accept postal orders, banker’s draughts, and personal cheques. Please make cheques payable to Free Post Magic. All items are sent within 24 hours of payment clearing, please allow appropriate time for cheques to clear.
