Payment: I accept PAYPAL only.
Postage: Postage within the United Kingdom is sent at varied cost(depending on weight/package size, in accordance with Royal Mail rules) within 1-2 days I post on Monday Wednesday and Friday but if I can it will be same day or day after you place your order BUT expect the afore mentioned day according to the day you order. If you need an item quickly though please let me know and I will be happy to assist!
International: is signed for packets by international airmail, and WILL ONLY be sent recorded signed for. This is due to parcels going missing at a great expense to me, but if you order several items I will still only charge you this one postal price of £8.50, so you could fill a box! I post fairly.
If you buy more than one item and pay for them at the same time then there will be only one postage charge.Or if I think I can post it for less I will give you a discounted invoice OR refund the difference back to your paypal as my customers know! If EBAY doesnt offer this option at checkout, wait for me to invoice you and I will apply the discount for you. Packages are based on weight/size and I need to adjust accordingly.
If you require recorded delivery ( UK ) this is offered to you on the invoice for you at an extra cost, but it gives peace of mind. The risk is yours to take standard delivery or choose the safer option.
Returns: I give a full refund on items which you are not happy with if the item is returned to me within 7 days of purchase. This refund does NOT include any postage costs. Please always contact me to sort out any issues you have, I am always happy to help you, and will resolve any matter in a friendly way.
I get and obtain a proof of posting FOR EVERY PARCEL, I also maintain all records of posting online through the postal system I use, every item is recorded and filed in deatil for peace of mind. but I will not be responsible for it once it is safely out of my hands at the PO.If the parcel goes missing I am NOT at fault, I have posted it and got a 'proof' of postage for each and every parcel, But I will scan and email you your proof to show that I have honoured and posted your order and help with any information you need, and the option for recorded delivery is there for you, choose what YOU think is best.
