  • Please check your order details carefully before submitting your order as changes cannot be made to your order once it has been placed and Fragrance Direct will not grant compensation in any form for inconvenience experienced as a result.
  • Stock which is advertised as damaged, unboxed or with no lid are 100% genuine, and have never been used nor on display. Please read carefully the exact packaging descriptions before ordering.
  • Please note special offer prices are only valid if the item is purchased at the offer price. Fragrance Direct will not offer a refund or a refund of the price difference for items bought at a higher price outside of the special offer period.
  •  All complaints will be acknowledged within 7 working days, although we try to acknowledge all complaints immediately where possible. The customer will be informed of all progress.
  • In accordance with the Data Protection Act 1988 we do not supply any of your details to a third party, unless you have given Fragrance Direct express permission to do so.
  • Orders may be subject to extra security checks at our discretion. This may include confirmation of Credit/Debit card details, full address details or other additional information dependant on individual circumstances. Fragrance Direct reserves the right to cancel any orders if this information cannot be supplied.
  • Fragrance Direct reserves the right to deliver certain orders to the Billing Address or confirmed PayPal addresses only. Customers will be notified by e-mail and/or telephone if this is the case.
  •  If Fragrance Direct has insufficient stock to deliver the goods ordered by you, we will notify you as soon as possible to either offer an alternative item (to the same value) or cancel the order. Fragrance Direct will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
  • Orders returned 'Not Called For' by Royal Mail will be refunded the cost of products upon receipt, not including postage. Customers will be notified and the order will be cancelled. The customer will then need to reorder the goods if they are still required.
  • Orders not received, which were dispatched (within the UK) by Standard or Tracked Postage, will not be deemed 'missing' until 15 working days have passed, therefore no resend or refund will be offered until after this period has elapsed.
  • If an order is not received you must notify Fragrance Direct in writing or by email within 30 days of dispatch as no claim can be made after this time.
  • Fragrance Direct shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.
  • In the rare event of a customer receiving an incorrect item, Fragrance Direct will, upon receipt of the returned incorrect item, send the correct item and refund the return postage. If the customer requires a fast replacement, Fragrance Direct will recharge the customer, send the correct item and on receipt of the returned incorrect item, refund the customer for the cost of their 2nd order and for their return postage.
  • None of the above affects your statutory rights.
  • For eBay purchases, Fragrance Direct do not offer combined postage.
  • Fragrance Direct do not offer a price matching policy.
