| Q:What is your return policy? |

| A:Items may be returned within 7 days of receipt. Some Items have additional terms for return or are non returnable, the individual listing will clearly state if this applies to your purchase. Email us clearly stating you reasons.We do not accept returns that have not been advised Shipping charges are not refundable, except where we have misdecribed. |
| Q:Do you combine shipping? |

| A:Yes we do combine shipping. We suggest that when buying 2 or more items you wait for us to manually adjust the postage charges. We will make sure that you are charged a fair and reasonable rate for shipping. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:We have an exceptional record for dispatching orders. We pride ourselves on a fast and efficient service. Uk Orders are normally delivered in 1 to 2 day from order. Europe takes 3 to 5 days and Rest of the World 5 to 7 days. If we think there is a problem with achieving these stated delivery times we will always advise you. |
| Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? |

| A:A packaging charge of 20p(UK)on top of Actual Postage. All our packaging is new. We post every day,sometimes traveling the 3 miles to the Post Office for one parcel. Please remember this when giving feedback S & H Charges are not just the face value of the postage. We don't inflate our product prices to cover costs we believe in visibility. |
| Q:Do you ship internationally? |

| A:Yes we normally ship by Royal Mail Airmail International.
If the Value of the Item exceed £30.00 we will use International Signed for Postage.
We do not mis consign or under declare value for customs purposes. Import Duty, Customs Clearance Fees and Local Taxes are the responsibility of the Buyer. |
| Q:Are these products real fur ? |
|
| A:Yes all products unless otherwise stated are real fur.
The fur is from correctly managed farmed sources.We do not deal with Trappers or Chinese Suppliers
All our materials are sourced from the Garment Industry and are correctly tanned and treated. |
| Q:Do you supply retailers or wholesale goods ? |

| A:Yes we do supply the Retail Trade our branded Foxy-tails items. Please email: sales@foxy-tails.co.uk for more information. |
| Q:Can I use the bright dyed tails for trimming and craft ? |
|
| A:Dyeing the fox tails involves hot dyeing which can distroy the skin. This is especially so with red, orange , bright pink. We do get a few tails which are Ok for useing as full tails but do recommend you contact us and give us details of what you want to use the fur for and we will do our best to advise you. |
| Q:I have seen an item but would like in a different colour fur ? |

| A:We carry a large stock of all colour fox fur and can make most items up to order in colour or size required. For example: If you see a Golden fox Boa
at 54" listed but would prefer it in Silver Fox 69"...we can make one up for you. Please email us with your request and we will get back to you with price and estimate on delivery. |
| Q:I purchased an item from you and now would like another item to match it ? |
|
| A:We recommend that if you want to buy a set of items for eample a scarf, headband and cuffs that you purchase the items together. The reason for this is that as a natural product the tones and highlights on the fur will differ. If we are making a set we select and grade tails of the same tone and shade to ensure a good match. |
