GUARANTEE // WARRANTY
All new parts come with a 12 month manufacturers warranty (unless stated otherwise on the item description), valid from the date of receipt of purchased item. All new items are of insurance approved quality and are 100% road legal and comply with UK and EU regulations. All recycled parts are guaranteed for 90 days (unless stated otherwise on the item description), from date of receipt of purchased item, for a replacement or for a refund. Please be aware that any parts returned under guarantee or warranty will not be exchanged or refunded if found to be tampered with or stripped. If a part is reported to be faulty or broken, we will issue a refund or replacement once we have received the old unit back and tested it. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
DELIVERY
If the part is ordered before 2pm on order date, we strive to get your order delivered to you on a next working day postal service, but at worst, your part should be with you within 3 working days, once the payment has cleared, and excluding weekends and Bank Holidays. Please send an Ebay message or call us if you are at all worried about delivery (telephone numbers listed above). All postage rates we quote are for mainland UK delivery only, THEREFORE PLEASE BE AWARE, that if the part is to be delivered outside of mainland UK to areas like Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Skye, etc, etc & also to some less accessible areas, for instance some parts of the Scottish Highlands - please either call us direct or send an Ebay message before purchasing, for a revised delivery quote. If for any reason the part is unavailable, we will refund you.
Please note that the cost we charge for delivery includes handling & packaging costs. Also, unlike many sellers, we include postal insurance with your UK dispatches (subject to postcode). Although our postage costs may not be the cheapest, we do provide well packaged goods and a fully traceable courier service (some postcodes excluded), not £5+ for a first class stamp!
IMPORTANT - sometimes parts do get damaged in transit ... we would appreciate if you could check all items before signing for them. Please do not accept an item that has been damaged in transit. Please ensure all courier calling cards are acted on promptly, delay may mean extra postal charges are incurred (as the courier will only hold packages for a certain time - at worst, they have been known to charge a high postal penalty fee to return items to FPS & then to re-charge to send the item out again!), these charges will be passed onto the customer. The easy way to avoid this problem is simply to make sure you always act on your calling cards as soon as possible.
Please call FPS (details as above) or send an Ebay message, for any incorrect parts delivered, shortages or postal delays and we will try to resolve your query to your satisfaction. If we send an incorrect part to you, we will refund the postal charges you incur to return the item - please return via Royal Mail, using second class signed for delivery. Please do call us if this happens in order that we can arrange to have the correct parts sent to you with some urgency.
We use Royal Mail 1st class recorded, Special Delivery and International Signed For, as well as TNT, Interlink and Fastway couriers. We will select the most cost effective service based on size, weight and location of the customer.
PHYSICAL COLLECTION FROM OUR PREMISES
If you wish to physically collect from our premises, which are located at Unit 9, Guardian Business Centre, Faringdon Avenue, Romford, Essex , RM3 8FD, please ensure you advise the shop staff that you are an ebay customer, as we hold ebay items seperately to other items to avoid sale duplication.
BIDDING
All bids on our items are legally binding, under the terms and conditions of Ebay. We reserve the right to cancel auctions and file non-paying bidder alerts after 5 days if there is no contact from the buyer, or if the goods are not paid for in full within seven working days and we believe the buyer has no intention of completing the transaction. It is the buyers responsibility to honour any agreement to purchase and to ensure that the correct paymant reaches us in a timely manner. Payments that are delayed or lost in the post are not our responsibilty. PLEASE DO NOT SEND CASH PAYMENTS IN THE POST. We reserve the right to cancel auctions for items listed in error or that are no longer available - in such circumstances, we will endeavour to provide you with a suitable alternative, or will issue a full refund if this is not possible.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Under distance selling regulations, to be found at http:www.hmso.gov.uk?si?si/Ssi2000/20002334.htm, you are entitled to return your order within 7 working days from the day after delivery is made, without giving a reason. The part must be returned in its original condition & at your cost, FPS will then issue a refund.
We would really appreciate if you could call us as soon as you realise there is a problem, we are very approachable & want our customers to be happy and to shop with us again. We will try to help wherever possible. Please use the telephone contact details at the top of this page. However, although we would prefer that you call us (as this is the quickest route to resolving any issues), you are also welcome to send a registered letter if you prefer - our address is:

Please be aware that any parts returned under guarantee will not be exchanged or refunded if found to be tampered with or stripped. If a part is reported to be faulty or broken, we will issue a refund or replacement once we have received the old unit back and tested it. Please return the part using second class Royal Mail signed for delivery and we will re-imburse your postage costs once the part has been confirmed as faulty. If a part number is supplied by the customer and is found to be the incorrect part number, postage will be charged again for the return part to be dispatched (we will need the old unit back). If a part is ordered incorrectly, the part can be returned for a refund, less postage costs. However, it MUST be returned within 7 working days from the day after delivery is made, and must be in it's original condition.
