We are happy to accept the following payment methods:

PAYPAL - CHEQUE - POSTAL ORDER

Please make payments within 7 days. If you are paying by cheque we need 5 working days for the cheque to clear before we can dispatch your order.

We want you to be happy with your purchase so please contact us if you're not completely satisfied before you leave feedback.

We will refund or exchange items. Please email us before returning an item so that we can issue you a returns reference number to include in your return. This will speed up any refunds/exchanges.

You can return your item within 7 days of receiving it. The item must be sent back unworn, complete with tags, in its original packaging and fit for re-sale.

We can exchange items providing that the item you require is in stock and if you cover all postage costs. 

When returning items we recommend you return via recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for items that are lost in the post.

We try to answer all questions as soon as possible. Please note that our office is open Monday to Friday therefore emails received after 3.00pm on Friday will be responded to on Monday.

We take the time to produce professional photographs so you can see exactly what you're buying however please note that the colours shown in our photographs can sometimes vary due to settings on different monitors.

Footwear sizing can vary with different manufacturers. We are happy to provide measurements where we can so please email us if you are unsure about sizing.
