We accept Paypal, Cheque, and Postal orders.
The following cards are accepted; Visa, Visa Electron, Master-Card, Maestro & Solo If you wish to make a payment over the telephone please email via ebay for further instructions.
Delivery information
All Items are Posted 1st Class Royal Mail ( UK ), unless 2nd Class is requested. We post every week day Monday to Friday ( no dispatch on Saturday) Your item(s) will be dispatched within 24/48 hours of payment and you will be notified once dispatched by an automatic email. If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will inform if there will be a delay.
Return Policy
Under The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 Act you have the right to a cooling off period of 7 working days from the date goods are received. You must notify us by telephone and/or in writing of your intention to cancel the order. You must organise return of the goods, unused, including receipt of purchase. When sending returns, we recommend that you obtain proof of postage. We are obliged to refund you within 30 days of receipt of your return but it is our normal practice to make this refund immediately, upon receipt of goods.

Please notify us of your intention by telephone, email or writing. Please include relevant information about your order to help us process your request. If you are unsure please contact us at the above address. We regret that goods may not be returned once used unless they are defective or are covered by a manufacturers guarantee. We will refund you the postage for the return of defective goods or for our mistakes to your order. Otherwise you will be responsible for the payment of postage for your returns.
Our sales and returns policies do not affect your statutory rights.
Items Lost or Damaged in the Post
All packets are correctly secured before leaving, if your item is severely damaged upon arrival please contact us.
Lost & Delayed.
We endeavour to process and dispatch all orders on the first working day after completion of payment. If your order has not arrived within reasonable time we will normally replace this for you, but we reserve the right to comply with the number of days required as stipulated by Royal Mail Regulations for claiming for ‘Lost Items’. Please see required number of days information below:
1st Class – 15 working days -
2nd Class – 18 working days -
International Deliveries - 28 days-.
If you receive your order and the replacement order as well, please contact us by email or phone. We will provide our returns address and reimburse you for delivery costs for returns of replacement items.
Buyers ID Privacy
We don’t have any private listings within our shop, if you would like us not to leave you feed back, because of the nature of the product or any other reason please notify us before hand or leave a note on paypal payment.
