Returns and Refunds

Please request a returns authorisation number from us and return by post. If you return without a valid returns authorisation number, this may delay your return/refund being processed. Please ensure your item(s) are securely packed and properly labelled. Enclose the item(s) with the completed returns form in the delivery bag. Please note that we are unable to accept Ebay returns at our high street stores.

UK Customers:

Please return using the returns label on the reverse of your shipment notice. The cost of returning item(s) to us is £2.50. You will not have to pay at the post office to return the parcel, but £2.50 will be deducted from the amount we refund to you (unless you are returning a faulty item which is free of charge). If you choose to use any other returns method, you will be liable for the full cost and you will need to claim from the postal courier you choose should the returned item(s) be lost in transit. Please retain the receipt provided until your refund has been processed.

International Customers

Follow the returns by post instructions above and return parcels using your local postal services to the address on the reverse of your shipment notice. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us. Please retain the receipt provided until your refund has been processed.

Cancelling your order:

Your right of cancellation under the Distance Selling Regulations. You may cancel the contract under the Distance Selling Regulations by notifying us no later than 7 working days after we deliver the goods that you are cancelling the contract. If you are returning goods under the Distance Selling Regulations, then it is your responsibility to return the goods to us in a sellable condition. You will be refunded the full cost of the item(s) plus any delivery charges you paid to receive the item(s).

Returning faulty items:

Returns that are our fault would include wrong items received or faulty goods. In this case, we will refund you in full including the original postage & packaging that we charged to you and also your return postage. Please notify us as soon as possible if you receive a faulty or incorrect item.


Refunds will be issued to you within 10 working days of receipt of your returned item. Refunds will only be made to your original payment method.
