Shipping and Returns

Here at Focus Organic we do our best to get your goods dispatched to you within 3 working days from purchase.

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of receipt. Please ensure that items are returned unworn and undamaged with all labels, tags and original packaging intact. We reserve the right not to offer a refund or exchange an item, if it is deemed that items are not in satisfactory condition. You are liable for the return cost of your item. Always obtain proof of posting when returning an item. A refund will be given via your original payment method.
