Returns & Exchanges Accepted

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receipt. In the interest of hygiene please ensure briefs, thongs, swimsuits and other underwear are tried on over your own underwear.

Please ensure that items are returned unsoiled, unworn and unwashed with all labels, tags and original packaging intact.

We reserve the right not to offer a refund or exchange an item, if it is deemed that items are soiled, tags removed or these terms have not been adhered to.

You are liable for the return cost of your item. Always obtain proof of posting when returning an item.

A refund will be given via your original payment method accept in the case of postal orders where a cheque will be sent. Original postage paid on your purchase will also be refunded to you.
