All of our items are packed and shipped carefully using Royal Mail Packetpost or for heavier/larger orders our own courier service.
COMBINED POSTAGE
If you are buying more than one item, please wait for a revised invoice before making payment to enable us to reduce the postage costs for you. You have the confidence in knowing the maximum charge for P & P is £ 9.99, but we can only do this by revising your invoice BEFORE YOU MAKE PAYMENT.
LEAVING POSTAGE FEEDBACK
Our feedback is very important to our success on eBay. We would therefore respectfully ask you to take the following considerations into account, if you think we are valued at less than 5 STARS.
- Was your item despatched when we said it would be despatched? (Slow delivery is usually down to Royal Mail and out of our control once your item leaves us).
- Have you waited for a revised invoice from us to enable us to further reduce the postage cost for you?
- If we have overcharged you on the postage cost, have you contacted us to discuss this to enable us to resolve the problem.
- If you feel genuinely unhappy with any part of our postage, packing & despatch service, have you contacted us to resolve the issue.
- Finally, have you contacted us if your unhappy with any part of your purchase from us, we can usually resolve any issue you may have.
We value our genuine eBay customers comments very highly good or bad and would ask that you contact us first before leaving less than 5 STARS, as anything less than this harms our eBay business as much as leaving negative feedback.
DESPATCH TIMES
All of our orders are processed within a 24 hour period (Monday-Friday) and are despatched the very same day or at the very latest the next working day. On the very odd occasion we may find a popular selling item is temporarily out of stock, should this happen with your item we will notify you immediately and give you an approximate date of despatch. If you wish to cancel your order at any time within 7 days due to a delay then please contact us.
POST & PACKING CHARGES
We work very closely with our local branch of the Post Office and genuinely charge the standard 1st Class amount plus approximately 10% of the postage cost. This is to cover our packing and transport costs and enables us to ensure your goods are received well packed and in 1st Class condition. This is why you may find other sellers offering cheaper postage, I would rather be honest and say that we take care of your item(s) as if they were our own and therefore put a very small amount onto the actual postage cost.
