We are a highly rated eBay seller focused on offering high quality branded goods and collectables.

Flogit4u receives its items from 3rd party validated individuals and businesses - all of our items are guaranteed to be authentic.

Returns Policy
All items are sold as-seen and do not come with warranty unless stated otherwise. Please take a moment to read the listing, check the photos and read through the listing and terms and conditions of sale.

All refunds are issued within 3 working days upon agreement or return of item(s).

- All returns must be arranged within 14 days of the receipt.
- All items must be returned in the same condition they were in when received.
- Buyer is responsible for all returns.
- Refunds/Exchanges will only be given once the original product is received back.

Items not as described:
- If an item is incorrectly described we will provide an exchange (Subject to availability).
- If an exchange isn’t available – Full or partial refund will be offered.
- Buyer will need to provide us a photo of any discrepancies before any partial refunds are issued.
- We will only cover costs of repair when a partial refund has been agreed prior to any work carried out. A copy of receipt will be needed for the refund to be issued.

Items Lost in Transit:
- A parcel is only deemed as lost after 15 working days of dispatch for UK buyers and 30 days for international buyers.
- We can only issue a refund after the claim has been approved and paid by the shipper.

Items Damaged in Transit:
- Please hold the item, original packaging and contact us immediately.
- Photos of damage and packaging will need to be provided.
- We can only issue a refund after the claim has been approved and paid by the shipper.

Collection items:
- We are selling these items on behalf of third parties. Please check the items are to your satisfaction upon pick up.
- Once an item has been picked up from our clients' premises the item is deemed to have been accepted and we will release your payment to the seller at which point we cannot issue any refunds.

We ship most (but not all) items within the UK and Internationally. We can only post the item to the address provided with the payment.

For collection only items, please refer to our listing for full collection details.

Courier postage to Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland. Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles and Isle of Wight will incur a minimum £5 surcharge. You’ll need to request an invoice so we can amend the postage. Item will not be dispatched until this surcharge has been paid.

Please note that International buyers are responsible for any customs, duties, etc. imposed by the buyer's home country.

We usually post items within 2 working days of receiving the payment but this can sometimes take longer, particularly for larger or fragile items. Smaller items will usually be sent with Royal Mail (Standard, Signed For, Tracked or Special Delivery, as necessary). UK parcels will be sent with DPD, in which case you will receive an email on the morning of the delivery advising you of the estimated time of arrival. Please follow the instructions in the email to change the date and/or time as necessary.

Combined Shipping:
We can combine postage for items that are paid for at the same time. Please request a combined postage invoice prior to making any payments. Discount will depend on combined value and weight of items. For larger items such as baby goods, monitors and computers it may not always be possible to combine shipping.

Collection items:
Large items are generally sold from our clients' premises; please read the listing description carefully for collection deadlines and manpower requirements.

We photograph and describe all of our items in as much detail as we can, however we encourage you to ask as many questions as you can during the auction and please check the items are to your satisfaction upon pick up.

Collection from our premises will require at least 24h notice unless otherwise stated.You'll need to provide necessary manpower.

Payments methods accepted are Paypal, Postal Orders and Direct Bank Transfer. International payments can only be made via PayPal.

Goods will only be shipped once funds have cleared. Please note that, due to the high costs involved, we may not be able to accept PayPal on high value items such as kitchens or cars - please enquire before bidding.

Payment must be received within 6 days of the auction close - an unpaid case will be opened 2 days after the end of auction. Non-Paying Bidder disputes will be filed with eBay to recover the closing fees of the auction.

Please note; if you are collecting an item from our office where collection wasn't originally offered, you will need to pay cash on collection. This is due to keeping in line with Paypal’s Buyer and Seller Protection policies.

Where an item is to be collected from a 3rd party, we will require the payment in full by paypal or bank transfer before we can release collection details.

We do not store financial details (credit or debit card numbers).
